woops forgot to update this yest. well what did i do? i did some wall push-ups, and other various excersizes.. i think i miised my water quota for the day by 12 oz.. i will do a lot better today on that.. i did have oatmeal/banana, salad and pretzels for lunch, and rice and tomato baked chicken for dinner..
