well today was a good day, i know it's not over yet, but i am happy with myself... lol i did exercises today, which i commented myself to on tues/wedn/fri. but i thought why not? hahah
i also did some with preston.. he enjoyed it, cracking up... ;)
for lunch i had an awesome salad and tuna fish on whole wheat bread.. and i am doing great on my water consumption..
i added 2 tbs of miracle whip, cilantro, fresh minced garlic, bell pepper to my tuna... i don't know why it looks so 'wet'.. i did drain it and it was packed in water...oh well...lol
my salad was romaine, coleslaw mix, bell pepper, tomato, cucumber, radishes.. and yes, my dressing was not the best, but it's my favorite--ken's chunky bleu cheese--
