wow, let's see.. it has been forever since i updated this.. i admit, i forgot i had it. how lame is that....??? lol
well we have already went past the halfway mark in the '30 day weight loss' .. i would have to say so far so good.. i did cheat one day (maybe 2) and weighed myself.. i know, i know, we weren;t supposed to do that.. so yea, i suck..hahha and no when i weighed myself, nothing had changed.. so i vowed then not to do it again till the 30th...
i have been doing my exercises.. and found a fabulous work-out..BELLY DANCING... omg, i love it.. i do 3 different ones, because they each focus on different moves and fat burning techniques.. i also went walking the other night, and also incorporated jogging in there, even though that kicked my ass....hahaha but with all this exercise, i hope to get stronger, leaner, and when i do jog, i won't get as winded... we shall see..
right now i am being visited by Aunt Flo (after 19 months of her being a.w.o.l she finally decides to show her ugly head) ..hahhaha and i feel blah!! but i am still doing what i need to do..
today was making sure to eat at least 5 servings of veggies... and i think i pretty much have that one in the bag...lol i have had 2/3 c of frozen steamed peas, a baked yam, a salad with lots of veggies, and 1/2 c spaghetti with like 3/4 c of loaded sauce (fresh onions, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes) for dinner i am doing a stir-fry...YUMMY!!!!
