day five of the challenge

well it's the end of the week.. i wanna say i have did well this week.. i did ok on my water, i didn't surpass my quantity 2 out of the five days.. but hey it's better than nothing.. i feel pretty good today.. i got up showered, got three girls ready for school, ate breakfast, got baby up, changed and fed him..did exercises, started a load of laundry and all before 8 am.. hahha

i am going to do my walk tonight with hubby.. i love our walks :) and this weekend we shall see what it brings..


come on girls--- we can do this!!!!!!

challenge buckaroos...

well we had our first 'assignment' today...lol weight bearing exercise?.. well i said you could jump on a personal trampoline, or dance if need be, or do some wall push-ups..
we also had to be silly today with our babies..haha so i did a funny video of me 'singing' to preston.. lol yea, he enjoys my tone deaf self...
today was ok.. i haven't really made a dent in my water consumption , but the night is not over yet... so let me get a chuggin...lol

let's see i lost an inch in the chest, waist, hip and a little in the bicep.. i'm pretty bummed i didn't lose any in the thigh, but, guess what.. i signed up for September's 30 day challenge...lol yep.. i am on the ball!!! i am determined to lose 30 lbs.. by christmas?! we shall see... oh well... here are some after pics...

alright.. Mrs. Val has said there are only 8 1/2 more days of this..
i am feeling like i didn't achieve anything...lol but i feel good.. kinda..lol maybe i am havin an off day right now...
i drink my water, i must also add i do miss the mark by some ounces at times.. but i am eating healthy, and doing some kind of exercise everyday.. but for some reason, i don't feel it or see it.. so the way i look at it.. i will be doing the 30 day challenge in Sept too!!!!

i am also bummed when i see this friend of mine losing weight, and i think, WTF!!! i am never really the kind of person who gets that jealous, but the green monster has risen.. i hate that she is smaller than i am at the moment, when it was me who used to be.. see how bitchy that just sounded, i am such a BITCH...lol

but i am going to do it, and do it right.. because i talk to this friend of mine, and she isn't doing it correctly... yes, she is doing her runs and things, but she doesn't eat breakfast or lunch, only dinner. i brought it to her attention that that isn't healthy and eventually her body is going to be 'starved' and then start storing the fat she does get, and she will not be building any muscle tone she'll just look sickly and then eventually gain it all back.. i can't help but feel resentment towards her and her smaller size.. but again like i said i am being bitchy :/

i am going to try to go in full speed mode ahead!!!!!

wow, let's see.. it has been forever since i updated this.. i admit, i forgot i had it. how lame is that....??? lol
well we have already went past the halfway mark in the '30 day weight loss' .. i would have to say so far so good.. i did cheat one day (maybe 2) and weighed myself.. i know, i know, we weren;t supposed to do that.. so yea, i suck..hahha and no when i weighed myself, nothing had changed.. so i vowed then not to do it again till the 30th...

i have been doing my exercises.. and found a fabulous work-out..BELLY DANCING... omg, i love it.. i do 3 different ones, because they each focus on different moves and fat burning techniques.. i also went walking the other night, and also incorporated jogging in there, even though that kicked my ass....hahaha but with all this exercise, i hope to get stronger, leaner, and when i do jog, i won't get as winded... we shall see..

right now i am being visited by Aunt Flo (after 19 months of her being a.w.o.l she finally decides to show her ugly head) ..hahhaha and i feel blah!! but i am still doing what i need to do..

today was making sure to eat at least 5 servings of veggies... and i think i pretty much have that one in the bag...lol i have had 2/3 c of frozen steamed peas, a baked yam, a salad with lots of veggies, and 1/2 c spaghetti with like 3/4 c of loaded sauce (fresh onions, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes) for dinner i am doing a stir-fry...YUMMY!!!!

well today was a good day, i know it's not over yet, but i am happy with myself... lol i did exercises today, which i commented myself to on tues/wedn/fri. but i thought why not? hahah

i also did some with preston.. he enjoyed it, cracking up... ;)

for lunch i had an awesome salad and tuna fish on whole wheat bread.. and i am doing great on my water consumption..

i added 2 tbs of miracle whip, cilantro, fresh minced garlic, bell pepper to my tuna... i don't know why it looks so 'wet'.. i did drain it and it was packed in water...oh well...lol

my salad was romaine, coleslaw mix, bell pepper, tomato, cucumber, radishes.. and yes, my dressing was not the best, but it's my favorite--ken's chunky bleu cheese--

well we had bicep curls for our challenges today... and trying a new green.. well my family loves spinach..lmao, i just thought of a picture of preston i took that reminded me of pop-eye.. i need to find that..

here it is...hahhah anyways...lol
the girls went back to school today.. i have already did the bicep curls, and i did do a little walk to the bus stop today.. i put preston in the stroller and we walked his sissy to the bus.. it may have only been eh, 10 min, but there was in incline..hahha
